Energy Swan contract extentions

Golden Energy Offshore are pleased to inform that firm contract entered into with Wintershall Norge AS in 2013 for the large PSV Energy Swan - for a firm period of 4 years + optional (total of 4 years options) - are now again extended with 8 months.‍

The extention of Energy Swan contract are in direct continuation present firm contract and vessel now firm until 30th July 2020.

The remaining options to apply is; 1st option from 00:00hrs 01.08.2020 to 30.11.2020

2nd option from 00:00hrs 01.12.2020 to 23:50hrs 30.11.2021

All other agreed terms and conditions will apply in full force and effect as per original signed Charter Party.
